This year has been an amazing year for me! I was able to be a local coordinator for 8 students in addition to hosting 2 girls in my home. My life will forever be changed by the times we’ve had. I have learned about cultures from all around the world- Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Chile and Brazil.
We have been to eat at local restaurants that serve the food from each of their home countries, we’ve explored many landmarks, been on a few trips, and spent many fun times together playing mini golf, watching movies, bowling, etc. I would not take for granted my time I’ve spent with each of these kids and will forever remember each of them!
My own two exchange girls are from Italy and France and they are truly like my own. A piece of my heart belongs to each of them and I look forward to exploring their countries with them in the future.
My girls have gained two new sisters and it has been such an amazing experience for our entire extended family! I can’t say enough positive about hosting and being a coordinator. I am the blessed one to have been given the chance to be in each of their lives!
