Trip includes

  • All ground transportation while on the tour in a charter bus
  • 3 nights in NEW YORK (4 person shared accommodations – 2 students of the SAME SEX per bed, generally 4 students per room)
  • 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners
  • Entrance fee to Statue of Liberty
  • Entrance Fee to Empire State Building
  • Entrance Fee to the Met
  • Entrance Fee to a Broadway Play
  • City Tour
  • Transportation to airport/hotel/airport
  • Edelweiss Tours coordinators and chaperones

Each student has the option to have their own bed and not share at the additional cost of $150.

Cancellation Policy

45+ days before the tour: 80% of trip price refunded minus $100 cancellation fee.
30-45 days before tour: 50% of trip price refunded minus $100 cancellation fee.
15-30 days before tour: 30% of trip price refunded minus $100 cancellations fee.

15-0 days before tour: 0% refunded

Students may change trips 30 days before the start date of the trip they originally registered for and apply the $ towards the new trip.

ETC Trips require chaperones and students to show proof of vaccination at least 2 weeks prior to trip.

– Each participant of an ETC student sponsored trip is required to be FULLY VACCINATED. This means you will need to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination by uploading digital proof. Per CDC Guidelines, this means you must have TWO vaccine doses 14 days+ prior to the trip. No exceptions can be made. Please email trips@edutrav.org should you have any questions.

Make the Payment
Be sure to ask your natural parents for permission to attend the trip and read the Cancellation Policies (below) before making a payment.
Payments are due in FULL by February 11.

Registration Part 3: You will receive an e-mail from ETC with instructions on how to book your flight. Please DO NOT book your flight until you have received this e-mail.

Registration Part 4: Vaccination Upload - All students must show proof of vaccination at least 2 weeks prior to trip.

What should you bring?

Mandatory Items

  • Passport- students are not allowed to travel without one
  • Money for personal expenses such as lunches, and other personal items you wish to purchase while on the tour

Clothing & Other Needed Items

  • Good pair of sneakers for walking
  • Pack appropriate clothing for expected weather-check weather report before departure
  • Sweatshirt & light rain jacket
  • Personal health products
  • Accessories (watch, etc.)
  • Nice clothes for Broadway Play
