Screen and interview potential host families
The first point of contact for students, host families, schools, and partner organizations
Develop local connections in the community, whereby to recruit host families as well as interview and screen them
Conduct student and family orientations via the use of Power Point/script
Trusted advisors that solve issues dealing with parent/student conflict
Monitor student progress monthly, during a student activity or personal visit
Assist in student enrollment in school
Report any issues to ETC so we can resolve them early
Must provide ongoing feedback and guidance to students and host families while communicating regularly with ETC management and support team
Provide a Pre-departure/re-entry orientation to all students

• Outgoing personality and ability to recruit host families
• Ability to host a student short term in the case of an emergency
