Dear [Name of the Group or Person]!
I was wondering if you could spread the word for me about our exchange program. I work for a non-profit exchange organization called Education Travel and Culture. I wanted to offer you some help getting in touch with your German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, […]] roots (or generally – make international connections!) — host one of “my” awesome exchange students!
We are still looking for homes for a couple of kids from many countries, and school deadlines for fall arriving students are coming up this month. I am looking for a host family for [Student Name] from [Student Country] , who loves [Student Interest] . Also, for [2nd Student Name] , who is [Student age] and from [Student Country] . She/he loves [Interests] in her school in [Student Home Country] , and she also likes [Student Interest] !
Please let me know if you can help as a host family or short term welcome family! This is a wonderful program for young and old, can earn you Presidential service award for community service hours, and helps your community by building bridges around the world!
Dear [Group Name] friends,
My name is [Your Name] and I work with a non-profit student exchange organization (ETC) that helps international teens spend one school year at our local high school (among others)! I wanted to ask for your help.
So many people want to be remembered, to really feel their life has made a difference for the better in the world we live in. To make a difference we don’t need to do something dramatic that hits the news, we can do things in our daily lives that impact others for the better. I am privileged to see firsthand each day how individuals and families make a difference promoting cultural awareness and understanding by opening their homes and hearts to a high school student from another country. So many lives are forever changed for the better by one family’s decision to say YES we can host a student in OUR home!
We are looking for a family for a fall arriving student – can you help? [Student Name], [Student Age], is from [Student Country] and loves [Student Interests]. She has 3 siblings at home and loves [Student Interests].
Message me if you are interesting in learning more about [Student Name] and our program!
Dear friends!!!
I have an adorable [Student Country] girl/boy that is looking for a family in [City, State, County]! He/She comes with her/his own money and insurance and is just looking to be a part of a family. [Student Name] is likes [Student Interests]. (They will arrive to the USA this August 2021).
Can you help us in making dreams come true for [Student Name]? Please spread the word and share this post with your family and friends around [City, State, County].
We are also looking for “Welcome Families” where the student stay with that family around 3-6 weeks. That will assure our student coming to the USA. Also will give our staff more time to find a permanent host family. Please let me know if that is something your family will be able to do or if you know someone who would like to do that as well.

We are a non-profit high school foreign exchange program sponsored by the US Department of State since 1999.
Exchange students across the globe marked THIS YEAR as their exchange year. For many, it’s the only chance they have.
Our students and host families are our top priority and we are following along closely with the recommendations issued by CDC, USDOS, federal, state, and local guidelines.
Thank you!
Would you mind spreading the word and share my post on your Facebook?

Volunteer opportunity in Navarre! Welcome the world to your home for the 2021-22 school year! Our nonprofit is now accepting applications for hosting an international high school exchange student next school year. If you have room in your heart and home for a kiddo, this would be a great opportunity for you! Navarre HS has given the green light to accept 1 student. I have 3 students that have specifically requested FL as one of their states. Host families provide room, transportation and 3 meals a day. Students are fully insured and have their own spending money. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a home inspection. Reach out for interest or questions or visit our website at www.edutrav.org!
Hi Trisha! My name is [YOUR NAME] and I work for a nonprofit that places high school exchange students in volunteer host families. I noticed that you are active on the[FB GROUP PAGE NAME] – I’m hoping you would consider opening your family’s home to one of our exchange students for the 21-22 school year. We’re eager to find wonderful families and [HIGH SCHOOL NAME OR SCHOOL DISTRICT] has given us the green light to place 1 student there. We have 4 students that have requested to be placed in [STATE] as one of their states. If you are interested or could pass around my info, I’d appreciate it! www.edutrav.org
